The Benchmark Orthopedic Clinic is seeking a dedicated and passionate Orthopedic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in San Francisco, California. Our facility encompasses a state-of-the-art 5,000 square feet sports medicine environment, equipped with the latest technology and treatment modalities. Our collaborative team comprises two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA), all committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients. Work Environment

Working in our outpatient office means you will engage directly with patients and be involved in one-on-one therapy sessions. Our clinic operates on a Monday to Friday schedule, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to recognize individual goals and develop comprehensive treatment plans.
• Maintain a manageable patient load of one patient per hour, allowing for in-depth interactions and care customization.
• Implement evidence-based interventions using a variety of treatment techniques to maximize patient outcomes.
• Design personalized wellness and exercise programs that cater to the specific needs of each patient.
• Employ strong manual therapy skills to facilitate recovery and enhance physical capabilities.
• Utilize EMR software such as WebPT for efficient documentation and patient tracking.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as needed, maintaining open lines of communication with patients and their families.
• Engage with interdisciplinary teams, collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Promote a healthy lifestyle by educating patients on strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination strategies.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our primary patient population includes individuals with private medical insurance who are dealing with orthopedic conditions related to sports injuries, post-operative recovery, and chronic pain management. As a Physical Therapist in our clinic, you will directly impact these patients' journeys to recovery, providing care that not only alleviates pain but also empowers them to reclaim their physical abilities.

Qualifications

• Possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Must hold a valid California Physical Therapist license and have no disciplinary actions against it.
• Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills and the ability to develop effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with EMR systems, particularly WebPT, to ensure efficient patient documentation and management.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings is highly desirable.
• Background in developing and implementing innovative treatment strategies for diverse patient populations.
• Knowledge of contemporary physical therapy practices and willingness to engage in continuous professional development.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 125,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
