Work Environment

The position is based in our bustling rehabilitation facility located in South San Francisco. This onsite environment allows for strong collaboration between healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, physicians, and occupational therapists, who work together to devise comprehensive treatment plans. Our clinic is equipped with cutting-edge technology and therapeutic tools to support efficient therapy sessions and enhance patient recovery outcomes. You will work a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, offering you a predictable work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions with a focused caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, allowing for in-depth, individualized care.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on thorough patient evaluations utilizing various evidence-based practices.
• Monitor and document patient progress using WebPT, adjusting therapeutic interventions as necessary to optimize recovery.
• Educate patients on exercises, health maintenance, and lifestyle modifications to support their rehabilitation journey.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient assessment and care, promoting a holistic approach to rehabilitation.

Qualifications

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges between USD 120,000 and 130,000, accompanied by a competitive benefits package that includes:
