Key Responsibilities

• Provide personalized one-on-one care, managing a caseload of 1-2 patients per hour, ensuring optimal focus and attention to each individual's needs.
• Conduct thorough patient evaluations to assess movement, strength, and range of motion, then develop and implement customized treatment plans that utilize the latest evidence-based practices.
• Continuously monitor patient progress, modifying treatment approaches as necessary to enhance recovery outcomes based on ongoing assessments.
• Document treatment sessions accurately via WebPT, maintaining clear communication with other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive care plans.
• Educate patients on exercises and rehabilitation techniques, motivating them to achieve their objectives and increase their engagement in the recovery process.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Functional Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports-related injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal conditions. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
