Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized physical therapy treatments designed to address each patient's specific goals and requirements.
• Manage a balanced caseload of clients, ensuring each individual receives ample one-on-one attention and care.
• Leverage expertise in orthopedic treatment to design comprehensive and effective rehabilitation programs.
• Implement cost-effective, non-surgical treatment modalities aimed at improving patient mobility.
• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to track patients' progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Encourage and motivate patients by setting achievable milestones, thus fostering their engagement in the rehabilitation process.
• Document patient interactions meticulously using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, specifically WebPT, to ensure compliance and high-quality care standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to create a holistic treatment approach, ensuring all aspects of the patient's well-being are considered.
• Remain current with advancements in physical therapy techniques and innovations to provide the best evidence-based care.
• Promote healthy lifestyle choices by enhancing patients' strength, flexibility, and overall physical conditioning.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work primarily with outpatient clients, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgery, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Qualifications

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is required.
• Possession of a valid, active Physical Therapist license in California, with a clean professional record free from sanctions or disciplinary actions.

• Strong knowledge of current clinical practices and research in physical therapy.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary in the range of $90,000 to $110,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and qualifications.
