Work Environment

This position will be located onsite, providing care directly in the homes of our clients. The role requires a full-time commitment, with a typical schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify the individual goals and needs of each patient, tailoring treatment plans accordingly.
• Manage a patient load efficiently, ensuring you provide quality care to one patient per hour.
• Utilize your experience in orthopedic outpatient care to develop and implement effective treatment strategies.
• Provide cost-effective treatment plans that focus on improving clients' mobility and overall physical function.
• Minimize the use of medications by exploring and promoting non-surgical alternatives.
• Create comprehensive care plans that incorporate a variety of therapeutic techniques.
• Design customized fitness and wellness programs that align with the specific goals of each patient.
• Deliver high-quality, individualized care based on the latest clinical evidence and well-established interventions.
• Engage and motivate patients throughout their treatment journeys to foster optimal functioning.
• Educate patients on promoting a healthy lifestyle, enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals to ensure integrated patient care.
• Evaluate treatment outcomes, monitor progress, and maintain clear communication with patients and their families.
• Document all patient care services accurately and in a timely manner to ensure continuity of care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with orthopedic patients who may be recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, or seeking to enhance their overall physical function. A strong understanding of orthopedic conditions and the challenges faced by patients in this population is crucial for success in this role. Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree.
• A valid Physical Therapist license in California, with no board or disciplinary actions against your license.
• Demonstrated strong manual therapy skills and the ability to develop effective exercise programs.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software, such as WebPT, and proficiency in its application.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of three years of experience as a Physical Therapist, specifically in orthopedic outpatient settings.
• Experience working with home care settings and understanding the unique challenges faced in such environments.

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 125,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package designed to support your professional and personal well-being.
