Work Environment

You will be working onsite at our state-of-the-art Rehabilitation Center located in Oakland, CA. The work schedule is Monday through Friday, from 8 AM to 3 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities

As an orthopedic Physical Therapist at Calibre Ortho Care, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive physical therapy evaluations for a diverse pediatric and adult patient population.
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs and goals.
• Performing regular assessments to track patient progress, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary, and setting realistic goals based on clinical signs and symptom progression.
• Maintaining accurate and timely documentation including SOAP notes, treatment plans, and progress summaries using our electronic record system.
• Providing education to patients and their families about their treatment plans, recovery processes, and potential challenges they may encounter.
• Achieving minimum utilization targets and other business objectives set by the organization.
• Collaborating with peers across different therapeutic disciplines within the organization to coordinate comprehensive care for patients receiving multiple therapies.
• Embarking on initiatives that promote our organizational culture and core values, serving as an ambassador for Calibre Ortho Care.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clientele includes children and adults with a variety of orthopedic conditions. You will engage with individuals of diverse age ranges, races, and ethnicities, focusing on creating an inclusive atmosphere where all patients feel respected and supported. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that these patients receive tailored care conducive to their unique needs while fostering recovery, mobility, and overall quality of life.

Qualifications

To be considered for the role of Physical Therapist, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• A current and unrestricted license to practice physical therapy in the state of California.
• A commitment to conducting evaluations and providing treatments both in-person and via telehealth when clinically appropriate.
• A genuine desire to work with a broad spectrum of patients, embracing their varied backgrounds and conditions.

Preferred Experience

While not mandatory, experience in a rehabilitation setting and familiarity with electronic health record systems can enhance your candidacy. Skills in collaboration and customer service will be beneficial in promoting a positive therapeutic experience for our patients.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, commensurate with qualifications and experience. Additionally, you will receive a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
