Work Environment

This position is based onsite at our state-of-the-art rehabilitation facility located in Oakland. Our clinic is designed for patient comfort and equipped with modern therapeutic equipment and treatment modalities. Operating hours are Monday to Friday, from 9 am to 5 pm, providing a structured yet flexible work schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions, functional abilities, and rehabilitation needs, using specialized assessment tools.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation results, targeting each patient's specific goals and challenges.
• Administer hands-on techniques, such as manual therapy and therapeutic exercises, to alleviate pain and enhance mobility.
• Utilize therapeutic modalities like ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or cryotherapy to optimize treatment efficacy and recovery timelines.
• Educate patients and their families on rehabilitation processes, injury prevention, and safe movement techniques to promote long-term wellness.
• Monitor patient progress rigorously, documenting outcomes and making informed adjustments to treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate closely with other healthcare providers, including physicians and nurses, to ensure integrated care approaches for complex cases.

Compensation and Benefits
