Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations to assess patients' physical conditions and functional abilities, providing a detailed assessment that guides treatment plans.
• Develop and implement customized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments tailored to each patient's individual needs and rehabilitation goals.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities to alleviate pain, enhance mobility, and restore physical function.
• Educate patients and their families about proper body mechanics, postural alignment, and injury prevention strategies to foster independence in their rehabilitation journey.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment approaches as necessary based on ongoing assessments and feedback.
• Engage in interdisciplinary collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and holistic patient care.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of patient records, treatment interventions, and progress, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our patient base consists of individuals recovering from surgeries, managing chronic conditions, or dealing with acute injuries. We specialize in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal issues, including those related to back and neck pain, joint pain from osteoarthritis, fractures, and balance challenges. Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist in California.
• Board certification by the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA).

• Proficiency in advanced physical therapy techniques and modalities.

Compensation and Benefits
