Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered physical therapy by managing the therapeutic care process for assigned patients, in collaboration with physicians and other members of the healthcare team.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and actively participate in creating and implementing tailored rehabilitation plans aimed at improving patients' physical capabilities.
• Deliver therapeutic interventions across the continuum of care, ensuring effective rehabilitation strategies are employed based on individual patient needs.
• Provide formal evaluations and skilled treatment within your scope of practice, adhering to legal and ethical standards.
• Assess and document therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional statuses of patients, contributing significantly to the overall care plan.
• Provide therapy in various settings, including patient homes as necessary, applying skilled techniques and procedures aligned with the physician's treatment plan.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on therapeutic exercises, usage of therapeutic equipment, and lifestyle modifications to support recovery outside clinical settings.
• Manage your caseload effectively while coordinating daily staffing needs and patient assignments to maintain optimal clinic operations.

Qualifications

• A valid state license for Physical Therapy is required.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree is essential.
