This role is set within our modern rehabilitation facility, where a supportive team of two physical therapists and one physical therapy assistant (PTA) work closely together to provide the best possible care. Key Responsibilities

As an Orthopedic Physical Therapist, your key responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of patients' physical capabilities to formulate personalized treatment plans.
• Managing a patient caseload that typically involves one-on-one therapy sessions each hour, ensuring dedicated attention to each patient's journey.
• Implementing a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional training, to promote optimal recovery.
• Designing and leading customized fitness and wellness programs aimed at enhancing strength, flexibility, balance, and coordination.
• Utilizing evidence-based approaches to reduce the reliance on medications and explore alternatives to surgical interventions.
• Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive patient care and refer patients as necessary for multi-disciplinary support.
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans based on continuous evaluation and feedback.
• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation of patient interactions, treatment provided, and progress achieved.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will primarily work with a diverse patient population, including individuals recovering from orthopedic surgeries, sports injuries, and chronic musculoskeletal disorders. Qualifications

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, although a Master's or Doctorate degree (DPT) is preferred.
• A valid and active state license as a Physical Therapist in California.
• A clean professional record with no history of board or disciplinary actions against the license.
• A demonstrated proficiency in manual therapy techniques and strength in implementing effective exercise protocols.
• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software, particularly WebPT, is highly beneficial.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
