Work Environment

This position will be fully onsite, requiring travel to various patient homes within San Francisco. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough evaluations of patients referred by physicians to ascertain their unique needs and establish baselines for treatment.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment programs for a diverse range of patients, including those dealing with orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports-related issues.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities and manual therapy techniques that align with each patient's diagnosis and treatment plan.
• Document patient progress meticulously, ensuring compliance with physician recommendations and adapting treatment plans as necessary.
• Provide education and training to patients and their caregivers to foster understanding and enhance engagement with their rehabilitation plan.
• Maintain a focus on delivering exceptional customer service while meeting minimum utilization goals and contributing to the overall effectiveness of the clinic.

Patient Population / Client Focus

You will work closely with individuals recovering from surgeries, those rehabilitating from sports injuries, and children with developmental challenges. Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited institution.
• A valid state license to practice physical therapy in California.

• Proficiency in word processing and basic computer skills to maintain accurate documentation of patient records.

Compensation and Benefits
