Work Environment

This role is a full-time position that requires you to work onsite, providing direct physical therapy in patients' homes. Key Responsibilities

• Assess, develop, and implement individualized therapy plans designed to meet the unique needs and goals of each patient.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, focusing on therapeutic, rehabilitative, and functional status to track progress and adapt treatment plans as necessary.
• Deliver skilled therapeutic interventions effectively, aligning with the physician's prescribed plans to maximize patient outcomes.
• Educate and instruct patients and their families on therapeutic exercises, safe handling of equipment, and ways to improve functional mobility, ensuring they understand their roles in the recovery process.
• Prioritize and manage your caseload, coordinating daily tasks and patient assignments to optimize therapy delivery.
• Document clinical findings, changes in patient conditions, and progress notes efficiently to maintain an accurate record of each patient's rehabilitation journey.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse patient population requiring support in various aspects of physical rehabilitation, including post-operative recovery, injury rehabilitation, and wellness interventions. You will engage with patients of different ages and backgrounds, adapting your approach to meet their unique needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• A valid Physical Therapy License in the state of California is required.
• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program is preferred.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of employment.
• No prior experience is required; however, new graduates are encouraged to apply!

Preferred Experience

• Experience in home health or outpatient rehabilitation settings is advantageous.
• Familiarity with physical therapy protocols and various therapeutic modalities.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
