Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical health status, identifying impairments and establishing individualized treatment plans that address their specific needs.
• Implement and monitor rehabilitation programs designed to help patients regain strength, mobility, and independence.
• Document all patient interactions meticulously, maintaining accurate records of evaluations, treatment progress, and modifications to care plans.
• Educate patients and their families about recovery processes, offering guidance on exercises and lifestyle adjustments to promote long-term health benefits.
• Uphold strict adherence to patient confidentiality and uphold all legal and ethical standards in treatment delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

The Physical Therapist will predominantly serve a geriatric population, along with patients recovering from surgeries, injuries, or chronic illnesses. Qualifications

• A current Physical Therapist license valid in California.

Compensation and Benefits
