Complete Balance Physical Therapy Group is actively seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable full-time Orthopedic Physical Therapist to join our team in Daly City, California. In this role, you will be pivotal in helping patients achieve their movement goals and regain their quality of life through tailored therapeutic interventions. Your focus will primarily be on outpatient orthopedic needs, addressing pain management, mobility restoration, and functional enhancement.

Work Environment

This position is based onsite, specifically in the homes of our patients, as we provide home care services designed to meet individual needs in a more personal setting. As a Physical Therapist at our organization, you will work closely in one-on-one sessions, allowing for a focused treatment plan tailored to each patient's unique circumstances and goals. Your work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations to devise comprehensive treatment plans tailored to their individual conditions.
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, therapeutic exercises, and modalities such as ultrasound or electrical stimulation.
• Regularly monitor and record patient progress, making necessary modifications to therapy plans to optimize outcomes.
• Utilize digital tools like WebPT for documentation and patient management, ensuring up-to-date records and compliance with healthcare standards.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to ensure an integrated approach to patient care and outcomes.
• Engage with patients and their families to educate them on condition management, therapeutic exercises, and lifestyle adaptations that support recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Your primary focus will be on patients experiencing a range of orthopedic conditions, from postoperative recovery to chronic pain syndromes. This role requires a strong commitment to understanding each patient's unique goals and challenges, ensuring that the rehabilitation process is personalized and effective. You will work with diverse demographics, including active adults and seniors, aiding in their recovery journey within the comfort of their own homes.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program is mandatory; a Master's or Doctorate is preferred.
• Possession of a current California Physical Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain one.
• Demonstrated commitment to patient-focused care with a strong foundation in orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective patient and team interactions.
• Ability to perform program adjustments and therapy modifications based on ongoing evaluations.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthopedic outpatient setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with home care services and the associated challenges in delivering rehabilitation in a patient's home environment.
• Experience with electronic medical records systems, particularly WebPT, is advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and education. In addition to a salary, our benefits package includes:
