Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed assessments of patients to develop customized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques tailored to individual recovery goals.
• Utilize EMR (Electronic Medical Records) systems to maintain thorough and accessible documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and their caregivers about treatment protocols, home exercises, and lifestyle modifications to support long-term health and wellness.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including physicians and specialists, ensuring cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
• Monitor patient's progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans for optimal outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily care for orthopedic patients recovering from various injuries, surgery, and chronic conditions. Our clinic serves a diverse client base, including athletes, senior citizens, and individuals with post-surgical rehabilitation needs. Your ability to tailor approaches to meet the unique challenges of each patient will be critical in promoting their recovery journeys.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program (Master's or Doctorate preferred).
• Valid California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills for modifying treatment plans based on patient response and progress.
• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills to cultivate patient rapport and foster engagement.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum of two years of experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in an outpatient orthopedic setting.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
