Work Environment\n

This position operates primarily in a remote setting, allowing for the flexibility needed to meet clients in an accessible manner. While the core working hours are Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, occasional evening or weekend hours may be required based on individual client needs. The role fosters a collaborative approach with multidisciplinary teams consisting of educators, parents, and other healthcare providers, ensuring comprehensive support for each student.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide direct clinical services to assigned clients, conducting thorough assessments, developing treatment plans, and delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions aimed at addressing the psychological and emotional needs of children and adolescents.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with students experiencing significant mental health challenges, including major mental illnesses and severe emotional disorders. They will employ a strengths-based approach, focusing on empowerment and choice, to help clients navigate their difficulties and achieve positive outcomes. By forging supportive relationships, the LCSW will enhance students' coping strategies and academic performance, while collaborating with school staff and families to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree in Social Work or a related field is required.
