ERISA and Executive Compensation Associate

Job OverviewA law firm seeks a mid-level or senior associate to join its ERISA and Executive Compensation practice in Washington, DC. The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in managing transaction components and representing companies on tax and securities law issues related to equity-based arrangements. Duties Manage components of transactions independently and collaboratively. Represent public and private companies on tax and securities law issues. Advise on equity-based arrangements and incentive compensation plans. Contribute to ERISA and employee benefit plan matters. Requirements 4-7 years of relevant legal experience. Experience in tax and securities law related to compensation plans. Outstanding academic credentials. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Relevant bar admission preferred. Education Juris Doctor (JD) degree. Certifications Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction preferred. Skills Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
