Work Environment\n

The position is fully remote, allowing for flexible work-life balance while collaborating with a dedicated team of professionals. Our operations are geared towards educational settings, with a focus on our children's services. You will engage regularly with families, children, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure effective delivery of services.

Key Responsibilities\n

In this role, you will have a variety of essential responsibilities including:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments of children to inform individualized support plans.
\n
• Participate in the development and implementation of Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs), ensuring they align with family needs and developmental goals.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate child progress and outcomes, collaborating as a member of an interdisciplinary team.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based practices to recommend adaptive strategies that enhance children's learning and development.
\n
• Develop strong rapport with families to create a nurturing environment for children, offering guidance and support to enhance parental involvement in child development.
\n
• Follow Federal and State regulatory compliance to assure best practices and program integrity.
\n
• Utilize natural environment teaching techniques, supporting children in their everyday settings to reinforce learning experiences.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role specifically targets young children, notably infants and toddlers facing disabilities or developmental delays. Our services focus on supporting families and children from birth to three years old, providing early intervention strategies that promote growth in physical, cognitive, social/emotional, and communication skills. By working closely with families, the LCSW will develop customized plans that reflect each child's unique needs and foster their developmental milestones.

Qualifications\n

Ideal candidates for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master's Degree or Doctorate in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Current licensing as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) by the Department of Public Health.

• A valid driver's license to facilitate travel for home visits as needed.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Preferred Experience\n
