Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough, comprehensive assessments of students' mental health, considering both emotional and environmental factors.

• Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each student, incorporating evidence-based practices.

• Implement therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness strategies, or solution-focused therapy to promote positive mental health outcomes.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring accurate records of assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes.

• Foster effective collaboration within a multidisciplinary treatment team, including educators, school counselors, and outside providers, to coordinate care and resources for students.

• Stay abreast of the latest developments and methodologies in clinical social work and mental health treatment through ongoing education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary focus encompasses school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of psychological challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, and depression. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
