As a Manufacturing Recruiter, you’ll join trak group's recruiting team and play a hands-on role in helping local professionals take the next step in their careers while supporting the growth of manufacturing teams throughout the region. This is a full-cycle recruiting role for someone who’s driven, people-first, and motivated by meaningful results. What You’ll Do: Source, screen, and place manufacturing talent in contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire roles Build and manage a strong candidate pipeline through calls, email outreach, LinkedIn, and networking Develop relationships with candidates to understand their goals, experience, and long-term fit Create clear, thoughtful candidate profiles for internal and client use Prepare candidates for interviews and guide them through offers and next steps Stay organized, responsive, and proactive in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment What You Bring: A sales-oriented mindset with a passion for results Strong communication skills and confidence building relationships Comfort making outbound calls and starting conversations Strong time management and follow-through A collaborative, team-first attitude paired with personal accountability Why You’ll Love This Role: $50,000-$60,000 base salary + uncapped commissions Generous PTO and paid holidays Year-end sales trip opportunities Team events and company outings Modern office near downtown Cincinnati with free parking At trak group, the work you do matters—to candidates, to clients, and to the Greater Cincinnati community.
