Account Manager For Voluntary Benefits TeamOur team is growing, and we are looking for an Account Manager for our voluntary benefits team.In this role, you will:Support Account Executive in servicing assigned book of benefits accountsBuild and maintain client relationshipsProvide customer service for assigned accounts, which includes handling daily emails and phone calls from clients, vendors, and other team membersAssist clients with resolution of claims, billing, and other day-to-day service issuesMaintain electronic filing and required data in Benefit Point (agency management system)Attend and present in client meetings and open enrollment meetings as neededPrepare, print, and, in some cases, deliver communication material to clientsReview contracts, plan documents, and plan summaries for accuracyPrepare benchmark reportingAssist team members with preparation of compliance materials, including 5500s, wrap documents, and ACA reporting documentsParticipate or assist in the new business processWhat you offer us:2-5 years of Employee Benefits experience, preferably experience with voluntary benefitsHigh school diploma required, college degree preferredProficiency in MS OfficeExcellent written and oral communication skillsExcellent organizational and prioritization skillsHigh attention to detail essentialClient presentation experience preferredLife, Accident, and Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain within three months of employment)What we offer you:A rewarding job that helps local businesses in the communityMedical/dental/vision/life insurance, 401k matching program, Health Savings Account funding, and voluntary insurance optionsGenerous time-off policiesA work/life balance because that's important for all of usLearn from the expertise of your coworkersGrowth- HUB is growing, and so can your careerBe part of a motivated teamAdditional benefits based on qualifications of applicantThe annual compensation for this position ranges from $-, depending on experienceDisclosure required under applicable law in California, Colorado, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York, New Jersey, and Washington states: The expected salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 annually and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate's skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position's business line, scope and level.
