Leave & Benefits Specialist

Colorado-Coalition-For-the-Homeless

Colorado Coalition for the Homeless is seeking a Leave Specialist to administer FMLA, CO FAMLI, accommodations, and workers’ compensation for employees across Colorado. You will guide employees and managers on leave processes, coordinate documentation, and maintain audit-ready records while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
