Director, Demand Planning - Marketplace Partnerships

Intro:

Our team works with clients and cross functionally to forecast sales and inventory needs for an exciting group of items and categories across all of the marketplace brands!

Description:

• Create and manage SKU intensive sales and purchase forecasts

• React to current sales trends to meet inventory turn goals

• Create weekly purchase orders with the goal to minimize out of stocks and prevent the risk of excess inventory

• Monitor current performance throughout the month identifying changing trends and proactively adjust the forecast

• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and thrive in a fast pace environment

Requirements:

• 3+ years of forecasting, planning, and inventory management experience

• Strong interest in Amazon and understanding of retail dynamics

• Advanced knowledge of Sales & Operations Planning procedures

• Strong attention to detail and advanced in excel

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
