HR Coordinator

Job Description We are eager to bring a competent HR Coordinator on board, who will be a part of our construction and contractor industry team based in Austin, Texas. The HR Coordinator will be responsible for a range of duties revolving around the recruitment process, employee records management, HR events coordination, and HR metrics analysis. Responsibilities Undertake the onboarding of new employees, encompassing orientation, documentation, and ensuring their smooth integration into the company culture. Oversee and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Plan and coordinate HR events and training sessions, including logistical arrangements and communication tasks. Address and assist in resolving HR-related issues raised by employees. Prepare reports and analyze HR metrics to provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
