This role provides the flexibility of a fully remote work setting, allowing you to engage with clients from the comfort of your own space while adhering to a structured Monday to Friday schedule from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify the mental health needs of clients, taking into account their personal history, current challenges, and treatment goals.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other tailored therapeutic approaches.

• Facilitate both group and individual therapy sessions, engaging clients in avenues of self-exploration and growth.

• Support clients through immediate mental health crises by providing crisis intervention and connecting them to resources when necessary.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
