About the Role
The Company is seeking a Corporate Vice President, Cyber Security Incident Management Lead. This senior leadership role is pivotal in establishing and maintaining the enterprise's cyber incident response capability. The successful candidate will be responsible for the end-to-end management of cyber incidents, from activation to post-incident improvement, and will serve as the primary point of coordination for all stakeholders. This includes leading a dedicated team of cyber incident responders, setting and enforcing response quality standards, and ensuring regulatory and legal readiness. The role demands a high level of technical expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in incident response, and the ability to lead through operational pressure while maintaining the trust of stakeholders. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience, with a preference for a degree in a related field. A minimum of 8 years' of cybersecurity or technology experience, including at least 4 years' in incident response or management, is required. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership in a cybersecurity incident response function, experience with regulatory and breach-notification requirements, and a strong understanding of the NIST incident response lifecycle and cybersecurity frameworks. The role also requires excellent communication skills, the ability to work with diverse teams, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion. Cybersecurity certifications such as GCIH, GCFA, GCFE, CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or similar designations are preferred.
