Highmark Health is seeking a Vice President, Insurance Product Strategy, Design & Implementation – Government Markets. This executive leads end-to-end product strategy, design, and delivery for Medicare Advantage, ACA Marketplace, and Medicaid products.

You will drive multi-year roadmaps, oversee regulatory filings, and partner across actuarial, clinical, network, and operations to optimize growth and member experience.
