Key Responsibilities\n

• Coordinate with centralized intake processes, school contacts, and clinical supervisors to effectively monitor intern caseloads and address operational challenges as they arise.

• Conduct ongoing audits and quality assurance/improvement of documentation and client records to ensure compliance with agency policies and funding requirements.
\n
• Attend and contribute to program and agency meetings, along with required training sessions, to stay informed about developments in mental health practices.
\n
• Complete various programmatic reports as requested by the Director to support transparency and accountability in operations.
\n
• Manage precise and timely data entry into the client AWARDS electronic health record system, maintaining accurate client information at all times.
\n
• Provide clinical consultation to clients in crisis and non-crisis situations via phone and video conferencing, demonstrating compassion and professional engagement.
\n
• Maintain a neat and organized digital workspace, promptly reporting any maintenance or safety issues to the Facilities Manager.
\n
• Participate actively in the implementation and monitoring of all clinical program objectives and standards to ensure best practices in service delivery.
\n
• Deliver psychotherapy services as needed, drawing from an extensive toolkit of therapeutic techniques tailored to individual client needs.
\n
• Oversee the management, recruitment, interviewing, and onboarding of interns, aligning processes with organizational goals.
\n
• Plan and promote recruitment events and workshops for aspiring therapists, ensuring that interns and trainees meet all university and BWC documentation requirements.
\n
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops, ensuring compliance with current federal, state, and county policies and procedures.
\n
• Engage in performance evaluations for interns, supporting their professional growth through acknowledgment and constructive feedback.
\n
• Track and monitor intern caseloads to enhance programmatic outcomes and ensure the delivery of high-quality care to clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health discipline is required.

• Must be independently licensed as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Ability to provide effective telehealth services, along with a reliable internet connection.

• Current residency in the United States is essential for this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually for full-time employees.
