Key Responsibilities\n

• Conducting initial assessments and creating individualized treatment plans for clients based on their specific needs, circumstances, and therapeutic goals.

• Facilitating individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing a range of therapeutic techniques such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and family systems therapy.

• Monitoring client progress by maintaining ongoing documentation and adjusting treatment plans as needed to ensure effective results.

• Providing crisis intervention when necessary, utilizing problem-solving skills to assist clients in acute distress, and connecting them to additional resources as required.
