Outside Sales Representative

We are looking to hire an Outside Sales Representative for our non-profit organization!

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of customer service and sales; and know how to build

customer and client relationships. We're seeking a quick learner who has strong listening and negotiating skills as well as an ability to showcase our markets and services in a compelling way. The Outside Sales Representative must be both approachable and professional in order to help us extend our reach and impact.

Objectives of this role

* Represent the company in Atlanta effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of our offerings

* Maximize sales performance through strong relationships with clients and awareness of their needs and lifestyles

* Achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales and activity quotas

* Generate leads by committing to customer service and building relationships

* Adjust sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field

Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the company produce agriculture trends; our offerings, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can address those needs

* Work with Management to design industry-specific outreach efforts

* Conduct month-end and year-end close processes
