About the Company: Our client is a growing U.S. ed-tech company that sells technology solutions to colleges and universities. Their team is expanding, and they are looking for a talented SDR from Latin America to help scale their sales efforts. About the Role: We're looking for a Sales Development Representative with strong outbound sales skills, confidence, and a proactive approach. You'll reach out to decision-makers at U.S. higher education institutions by phone, email, and LinkedIn, with the goal of turning conversations into booked meetings for the sales team. This role requires someone who is comfortable with high-volume outreach and can communicate clearly and professionally with U.S.-based buyers. You Will: Work a pre-built lead list in HubSpot Make approximately 100 outbound calls, send 50 emails, and send 50 LinkedIn invitations per day Aim for 10 phone connects and at least one booked meeting per day Turn conversations with prospects into qualified meetings for the sales team Keep your activity and follow-ups organized in the CRM Communicate clearly and confidently with U.S.-based prospects About You: Requirements: Around 3 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS Experience with HubSpot Excellent spoken and written English, with a confident, business-appropriate communication style Strong calling and persuasion skills, with a proven ability to turn conversations into booked meetings Able to work independently and stay organized in a remote environment Availability to work 9AM-5PM U.S. Eastern Time Nice to Have (not required): Experience at a U.S. tech startup Experience selling to the U.S. market Experience in ed-tech or selling to universities University or admissions counselor background #J-18808-Ljbffr Hire With Near
