CommonSpirit may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range as permitted by law.Location: Elkhorn Dermatology ClinicSchedule: PRN - As Needed - Clinic Schedule: Monday-Friday, No weekends requiredEssential Key Responsibilities:Specimen handling and processing including gross, embed, cut, stain and coverslip specimens for microscopic evaluation by the surgeon following established policies and procedures.Prepare and evaluate stains, reagents and solutions necessary for slide prep following established policies and procedures.Perform quality control and preventative maintenance procedures to assure instruments, stains and procedures are within acceptable standards by taking corrective action if necessary and notifying lab director/licensed health care practitioner.Assist with quality assurance and proficiency testing following established policies and procedures.Assists with regulatory compliance by maintaining accurate records.Complete yearly competency testing.Adhere to OSHA, CLIA and HIPPA regulations.Minimum Qualifications:Completion of Mohs Training Program RequiredBasic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association requiredFrom primary to specialty care, as well as walk-in and virtual services, CHI Health Clinic delivers more options and better access so you can spend time on what matters: being healthy.
