HR & Admin Assistant

It offers a range of services, including cross-border B2C parcel delivery, FBA/FBM transportation, and eCommerce fulfillment. 360Lion Express collaborates with global marketplaces and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Shopee, AliExpress, and Mercado Libre. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an HR & Admin Assistant housed in Compton, CA. The HR & Admin Assistant will perform a variety of tasks including supporting the HR department with recruitment processes, onboarding, and maintaining employee records. This role also involves providing executive administrative support, organizing office operations, and offering high-quality customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Additionally, the HR & Admin Assistant will assist in the coordination of daily administrative activities to ensure smooth business operations on-site. Qualifications Good command of both Chinese and English for daily work communication. Human Resources (HR) experience, including recruitment, employee file management, and onboarding Skills in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance for effectively supporting senior management and general office operations Strong Communication and Customer Service capabilities to foster a positive workplace environment and address stakeholder needs effectively Ability to multitask, stay organized, and manage time efficiently Proficiency in office software tools and HR systems is preferred Familiarity with labor laws and HR best practices is a plus A bachelor’s degree or certifications in business administration or HR is an advantage #J-18808-Ljbffr
