Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized teletherapy sessions that offer emotional and therapeutic support tailored to each client's needs.

• Monitor and document patient progress towards therapeutic goals, ensuring all notes are completed meticulously and submitted by the end of each shift.

• Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans based on DSM-5 diagnostic criteria, ensuring they meet each patient's unique requirements.

• Provide crisis management support, quickly and effectively addressing changes in client behavior that may indicate an urgent need for intervention.

• Advocate for resources and services beneficial to assigned clients, helping them maneuver through healthcare options and additional support systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will engage with a diverse client base, including adults, adolescents, and families facing a wide array of mental health challenges. Our clients may be navigating issues such as anxiety, depression, family dynamics, and relationship struggles. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a closely related field.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of California.

• At least 2 years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in a range of therapeutic modalities.

• Comprehensive understanding of the DSM-5, including diagnostic criteria and treatment planning best practices.

• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, allowing for effective interaction with clients and collaborative work with the team.

• Capability to manage a dynamic workload while exhibiting exceptional time management skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
