Lead Growth Marketing Manager

To support Kit's 2026 business goals, the full-time Lead Growth Marketing Manager will optimize the acquisition engine, enhance LTV:CAC ratios, and increase brand awareness while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own and improve paid acquisition performance across existing channels while developing creative and audience strategies Conduct performance audits to identify high-impact opportunities for growing qualified inbound demand and brand-aware traffic Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen measurement and connect marketing efforts to business outcomes Required qualifications 8-12+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or performance marketing, preferably in B2B SaaS or the creator economy Proven success in optimizing paid channels such as Google, Meta, and LinkedIn while increasing qualified lead volume and revenue Strong understanding of LTV:CAC metrics and experience in budget management and forecasting Experience in creative testing and performance feedback loops to drive measurable results Ability to implement AI tools for campaign research, audience insights, and reporting
