Area Customer Service Coordinator
Work Location: Hyde, NY
Duration: Full-Time
Education/Experience Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- 2+ years of experience in customer service or coordination roles
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee customer service activities in the designated area
- Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem resolution
- Work closely with the sales and support teams to address customer needs
- Monitor and report on service metrics and performance
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service quality and efficiency
Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail
