Key Accounts Manager/ Coordinator
Jiashunda Logistics Co., Ltd. Shanghai Branch
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Logistics Management, International Freight, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in key account management, sales, or operations is preferred.
- Chinese ethnicity or nationality; native proficiency in Chinese, with professional working proficiency in English.
- Based in Indonesia or willing to relocate to Indonesia immediately.
- Strong computer skills, with high proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
- Ability to work under pressure, proactive, and results-driven. 1. Facilitate communication and coordination between China and Indonesia in alignment with the company's development strategy and business needs, ensuring the stability and long-term sustainable growth of our core freight forwarding business.
- Support and assist team members in maintaining client relationships, providing guidance and solutions tailored to the needs of both new and existing key accounts.
- Oversee the implementation and execution of key account management strategies and plans in Indonesia and, when required, at the headquarters level.
- Maintain, monitor, and identify potential opportunities within existing key account projects.
- Proactively develop and pursue new key account business opportunities.
- Actively coordinate with other branches, departments, and ports to refine management requirements, enhance service efficiency and quality, and build a reliable and stable key account service platform.
- Promptly complete other tasks assigned by senior management.
