Talented Individual Needed For Global Operations TeamWe are seeking a talented individual to join our Global Operations team, part of our reinsurance business at Marsh. This role will be based in New York, NY. The is a hybrid role that requires at least three days a week in the office.This role will partner with cross-functional teams to assess current-state workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical, scalable solutions. Drawing on a consulting background, this role will help translate complex operational challenges into structured project plans and deliver results with speed and precision.
