Collections Specialist


to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience managing accounts receivable, collecting outstanding balances, and working within


QuickBooks


to maintain accurate customer account records.

Responsibilities

• 
  Contact customers regarding outstanding invoices and past-due accounts via phone and email
  
  



• 
  Monitor accounts receivable aging reports and collection efforts
  
  



• 
  Process customer payments and maintain accurate account records in
  
  
  QuickBooks
  
  
  
  



• 
  Research and resolve billing discrepancies and payment issues
  
  



• 
  Negotiate payment arrangements while maintaining positive customer relationships
  
  



• 
  Document all collection activities and account updates
  
  



• 
  Collaborate with internal departments to resolve account concerns
  
  



• 
  Assist with general administrative and accounting support as needed
  
  

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of collections, accounts receivable, or related experience
  
  



• 
  
  
  Required: Hands-on experience using QuickBooks
  
  
  
  



• 
  Strong communication, negotiation, and customer service skills
  
  



• 
  Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel
  
  



• 
  Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  
  



• 
  Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
  
  



• 
  Strong problem-solving skills and professional demeanor
  
  

What We Offer
