With a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 110,000 annually, and a sign-on bonus available, we seek dedicated professionals eager to make a substantial impact.

Work Environment\n

In this fully remote position, you will benefit from flexible scheduling while working in the supportive environment of our outpatient office model. You will have access to a dedicated support team to help with client service and scheduling, ensuring you can focus entirely on your clients. Our practice is open seven days a week, from 7 AM to 10 PM, which allows for a customizable work-life balance, free from the stress of required call duties.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive, trauma-informed mental health assessments to analyze patients' histories and identify suitable treatment options.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans emphasizing trauma recovery and resilience-building strategies.
\n
• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including EMDR and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, empowering clients to process trauma, develop coping strategies, and promote healing.
\n
• Engage in multidisciplinary collaboration with psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
\n
• Provide crisis intervention support for clients experiencing trauma-related emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients and their families about trauma responses and available resources to support their care.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate in professional development, case consultations, and team meetings, with an emphasis on trauma-informed care.

• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in trauma therapy to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse range of patients, including children, adolescents, and families, who are navigating trauma and associated mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCPC in the state of Illinois.

• Strong foundational knowledge of trauma-related disorders and trauma-informed treatment modalities.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of post-licensure experience in providing mental health counseling.

• Practical experience in trauma-focused therapies and interventions.

• Proficiency with electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant computer applications.
