GrowthBook is the leading open-source feature flagging and A/B testing platform, empowering companies like Dropbox, Upstart, and Discord to experiment and innovate with confidence. Our state-of-the-art experimentation platform allows teams to optimize their products through fast, reliable, and scalable testing. As a rapidly growing SaaS company, we are looking for a driven Account Executive to help close inbound leads, reach out to potential customers, and expand our customer base.
As an Account Executive at GrowthBook, you'll be responsible for owning the full sales cyclefrom responding to inbound customers to prospecting leads to closing deals and ensuring customer success. You'll work closely with our sales, marketing, and customer success teams to bring our cutting-edge experimentation platform to companies looking to scale their feature flagging and A/B testing capabilities. As GrowthBook is a highly technical product, experience with our space or other technical SaaS sales products is preferred.
Key responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing, identifying and qualifying new business opportunities through outbound prospecting and inbound lead follow-up, developing strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at mid-market and enterprise companies, conducting product demonstrations and articulating the value of GrowthBook's platform to potential customers, collaborating with the marketing team to refine messaging and optimize lead-generation efforts, partnering with the customer success team to ensure a seamless transition from sale to implementation, meeting and exceeding sales targets and contributing to GrowthBook's overall revenue growth, maintaining accurate records in CRM systems and providing regular sales forecasts, and providing regular updates to our product and engineering teams about product feedback.
We're looking for someone with 3+ years of experience in a SaaS sales role, preferably in developer tools, analytics, or experimentation platforms, a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas, a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, A/B testing, and feature flagging concepts, excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, a tenacious, self-motivated, and driven attitude to succeed, experience selling to product managers, engineers, and data teams is a plus, and familiarity with sales tools such as HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar CRM platforms.
