Lucrative Package – Receive a base salary of £100,000 with double OTE and clear commission structure rewarding top performers. Key Role Responsibilities Drive new business acquisition within enterprise-level accounts across the UK and EMEA. Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to contract negotiation and close. Identify, engage, and nurture key stakeholders within target organisations. Develop tailored solutions that address client pain points and align with business goals. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure seamless customer onboarding and satisfaction. Maintain accurate forecasting and pipeline management via CRM tools. Key Attributes Required Proven experience (5+ years) in complex, enterprise SaaS sales with a hunter mentality. Demonstrated track record of consistently achieving or exceeding multi-million pound quotas. Skilled in navigating complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and long lead times. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and enterprise customer dynamics. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger) is highly desirable. Must be UK-based with the right to work and willing to travel across EMEA as required.
