Position : HR Coordinator
Location : Norcross, GA
Schedule : Mon-Fri 8am-5pm
Pay : $17-19/per hour
Job Type : Temp-to-Hire

Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Coordinator to support daily administrative and HR-related functions for a client in Norcross, GA. This role will assist the HR Manager with scheduling, new hire onboarding, document organization, and general office support to help keep internal operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

• Assist with new hire onboarding paperwork and coordination

• Help organize employee files, documents, and HR records

• Communicate with candidates, employees, and internal team members as needed

• Support basic data entry, filing, scanning, and document management

• Prepare and update spreadsheets, forms, and internal tracking documents

• Assist with follow-up on onboarding requirements and missing paperwork

• Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment

• Provide general administrative support to the HR Manager and office team

Must Haves

• Previous administrative, office, clerical, or HR support experience

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

• Comfortable using email, calendars, spreadsheets, and basic office software

• Professional communication skills, both written and verbal

• Ability to handle confidential information appropriately

• Reliable attendance and ability to work in an office-based role

• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment

Preferred Skills

• Previous experience supporting HR, recruiting, onboarding, or employee documentation

• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar systems

• Comfortable communicating with new hires or candidates

• Bilingual skills are a plus but not required
