Human Resources (HR) Generalist

Robert Half is looking for a bilingual Human Resources Generalist to join an on-site team. This contract opportunity with permanent potential is ideal for someone who can support employees and leaders in both English and Spanish while helping maintain efficient day-to-day HR operations. The role will contribute across recruitment, onboarding, employee support, benefits coordination, and compliance activities in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:• Serve as a bilingual HR resource by facilitating clear communication in English and Spanish during employee meetings, orientations, and routine workplace interactions.• Support employee relations matters by helping address workplace concerns, assisting with investigations, and maintaining a high level of confidentiality.• Coordinate recruitment activities with hiring managers, including posting openings, reviewing candidate applications, and arranging interviews.• Guide new employees through the onboarding process by preparing required documentation, conducting orientation sessions, and verifying completion of employment forms.• Manage separation procedures by organizing exit documentation, conducting exit conversations, and ensuring offboarding steps are completed properly.• Maintain accurate personnel data and employee files within the HRIS while keeping records organized and up to date.• Assist with payroll-related administrative tasks, review timekeeping details for accuracy, and help employees with benefits enrollment and updates.• Contribute to HR compliance efforts by supporting policy administration and helping align practices with applicable labor regulations.• Prepare HR reports and participate in employee engagement programs and other departmental projects as needed.
