Job Summary As a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA), you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our skilled nursing facility, ensuring high-quality care and services to our residents. You will lead a team of dedicated professionals, implementing policies and procedures that align with our mission and values. This is a Full Time opportunity that requires a dynamic and compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering exceptional care. Responsibilities Oversee facility operations, including staffing, budgeting, and quality improvement initiatives Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols that promote a safe and efficient work environment Build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, and healthcare partners Recruit, train, and supervise staff, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Monitor and report on facility performance metrics, including resident satisfaction, quality of care, and financial performance Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and accreditation standards Requirements Education: Bachelor's degree in Nursing Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field. Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in a nursing home or healthcare setting. Licensure: Current licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator (NHA) in the state of Wisconsin.
