Account Executive - Screening (Miami North)
Guardant Health, Inc.
Guardant Health seeks a field-based Account Executive in Miami to drive adoption of its SHIELD colorectal cancer blood test among primary care providers. The role combines sales execution, provider education, and market expansion to advance early cancer detection.
Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed assigned sales targets through prospecting and relationship-building with healthcare providers
- Promote SHIELD CRC test and educate primary care practices on product integration and patient outcomes
- Identify expansion opportunities and establish phlebotomy agreements with regional laboratories
- Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product teams to align execution and gather market feedback
- Monitor competitive landscape and report customer insights to inform sales strategy
Requirements
- Minimum 4 years customer-facing healthcare sales (diagnostics, devices, pharma) or 2 years plus clinical background
- Demonstrated sales ability: prospecting, objection handling, and client needs alignment
- Strong communication skills for presenting technical information to healthcare providers
- CRM proficiency (Salesforce, Veeva, or equivalent) for customer tracking
- Superior negotiation and problem-solving capabilities
- Preferred: diagnostic product or blood-based testing sales experience in primary care settings
