Overview
Registered Nurse – Telemetry for a travel assignment in Glendale, California. Start date 08/17/2026 for an 8-week engagement with guaranteed 48 hours per week. Shift: 3x12-hour days, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. Work in an inpatient hospital setting, providing coordinated nursing care and collaborating with the care team. Requires recent EPIC and Cerner experience.

Responsibilities
- Deliver coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients using the nursing process
- Monitor telemetry data, assess findings, interpret rhythms, and respond to changes promptly
- Develop and implement a plan of care, coordinate with multidisciplinary team members, and ensure a safe environment
- Administer medications and treatments per hospital policy; document accurately in the chart
- Participate in discharge planning and provide education to patients and families
- Delegate appropriately and supervise other nursing staff as assigned; communicate changes to the care team

Requirements
- Active RN license in the state of practice (California required)
- BLS/CPR certification required; ACLS certification required
- Minimum 2 years of recent acute care nursing experience (telemetry or closely related units preferred)
- Proficiency with electronic medical records systems, specifically EPIC and Cerner
- Ability to work 48 hours per week on a 3x12-hour day shift
- Willingness to work in a hospital telemetry setting

Education
- Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
