This position offers a fully remote work environment through telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify clients’ mental health needs, developing individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic services to clients via telehealth, using a range of modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Regularly engage in collaborative care strategies, working closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other mental health professionals to offer comprehensive support and treatment.
\n
• Actively participate in crisis intervention scenarios, utilizing evidence-based techniques to assist clients facing acute distress.
\n
• Lead community educational initiatives that aim to increase awareness about mental health issues and reduce stigma surrounding mental illness.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client interactions in accordance with regulatory standards and institutional policies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and independent license as a Licensed Certified Social Worker (LCSW) , Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) , or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in New York State.

• A completed master’s degree or doctor's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build effective therapeutic relationships with a diverse client base.
\n
• Demonstrated cultural competence, sensitivity, and a commitment to serving clients from all walks of life.
\n
• Organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently while ensuring diligent documentation and follow-up on client care.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least two years of experience providing direct clinical services in a mental health setting.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and online therapeutic modalities.
\n
• Experience engaging in community mental health education or outreach efforts.
\n
• Certifications in specific therapeutic modalities or crisis intervention techniques are a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
