RoadStar LLC is looking for experienced CDL-A drivers to join our growing fleet. We've been family-owned and operated for over 25 years and believe drivers deserve respect, honest communication, and consistent miles - not to feel like just another truck number.

What We Offer

Earn up to $0.60 CPM to start based on experience
Paid hourly for local and short-haul work, where applicable
Weekly direct deposit
Flexible home time (weekly or bi-weekly)
Late-model, well-maintained Freightliner Cascadias and trailers
Automatic Transmission, power inverter, and refrigerator in every sleeper tractor
Health, dental, vision and life insurance available after 90 days
Paid time off after 1 year (1 week), 2 years (2 weeks)
Driver referral program
Opportunities for advancement as our company continues to grow

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 2 years of verifiable tractor-trailer experience
Safe driving record
Professional, dependable, and customer-focused attitude
Ability to pass DOT pre-employment requirements
