Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor with Metro Psychotherapy, you will play a key role in enhancing client outcomes through the following responsibilities:

• Maintain meticulous and timely documentation of clients’ progress through session notes, treatment plan updates, and case reviews in compliance with company policies.

• Deliver exceptional client service by building trust and rapport, actively listening, and addressing each client's unique circumstances.

• Utilize creative techniques and tailored interventions that empower clients to achieve their defined goals, incorporating evidence-based practices in your approach.

• Coordinate treatment efforts with various stakeholders, including case managers, families, healthcare professionals, and educational staff to ensure holistic support for clients.

• Participate proactively in clinical staff meetings and training sessions, contributing to team development and sharing best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges. This includes individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution.

• An active clinical license (LPC) in the state of Oregon is required.
